About the Role
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Plumbing Helper who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the trade, and contribute to our team’s success.
What You’ll Do:
As a Plumbing Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and plumbers to:
-Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
-Perform basic tasks such as carrying tools, cleaning up job sites, and preparing materials.
-Follow instructions to complete simple repairs and installations under supervision.
-Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-Support the technician or plumber in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.
-Gain hands-on experience in compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
-Develop skills to eventually transition into a Plumbing Technician role.

Requirements
Education & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and working in various conditions.
Experience & Skills:
No prior plumbing experience required—just a willingness to learn!
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and a drive to grow within the company.
