About the Role
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dedicated Production Manager with experience in commercial plumbing and a knack for leadership and organization.
What you'd do as a Production Manager:
-Oversee plumbing projects to ensure they stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
-Manage project budgets, including material purchasing.
-Train and support technicians to develop their skills and maintain company standards.
-Communicate regularly with upper management about project progress and team performance.
-Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and North Carolina plumbing codes.
-Evaluate resources to optimize production efficiency.
-Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing challenges and recognizing achievements.

Requirements
Education & Licensing:
-High School Diploma or GED required.
-A valid North Carolina Plumbing License preferred. Don’t have one yet? Apply as a technician, and we’ll help you achieve your goal!
Experience & Skills:
-At least 5 years of practical plumbing experience (commercial experience preferred).
-Prior experience managing a team and overseeing plumbing projects.
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
-Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple deadlines and budgets.
-Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
-Familiarity with North Carolina plumbing codes and regulations, with a willingness to learn.
-Ability to adapt to change and continuously seek process improvements.
Other Requirements:
-A valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.
-Ability to pass a criminal background check.
-Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including occasional heavy lifting and working in various conditions.
